TDS Bookkeeping was set up in South Norfolk, with the specific goal of providing a personal and cost-effective means for small businesses (sole-traders, partnerships and limited companies) to manage all their bookkeeping requirements.

TDS Bookkeeping was founded in 2011 by my self, whom is a Fellow of the Institute for Certified Bookkeepers (ICB). As a Fellow of the ICB I have the support of the largest bookkeeping institute in the world, and am bound by the professional conduct regulations that they have set out for all their members.

I have a attained the level of Fellow of the ICB through their certification process. This level of qualification allows me to work with all types of business, and to complete their books up to and including their end of year reports. This info-graphic will give you an idea of some of the services that my current level of ICB membership covers.

How We Work:

We work out of our own office, and offer local business the option to drop off their paper work to us, or we can also accept paper work electronically, for example they can be scanned and sent vie e-mail, Dropbox or by using our partner Receipt Bank.

We invoice all clients on a monthly basis or when we return your paper work, if you require us less frequently. For cheque payment we require payment on receipt of the invoice, but for BACS payment we allow 7 days for payment.

GDPR Policy:

Insurance and Licence:

TDS Bookkeeping holds indemnity insurance with Trafalgar Risk Management Ltd, is Licenced by the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, and regulated under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007.

This can all be verified by the institute, by contacting them and supplying them with TDS Bookkeepings practice licence number, which is 11265, and can be found in the bottom right of every page below the ICB crest.

What We are Not:

We are a bookkeeping practice and not accountants and therefore we can not give financial advice or tax planing advice, though we can advice you on what the tax rules are, and we are always happy to work with your accountant.
